NATURE SCHOOL

Welcome at the Norwegian Nature School in Vrådal, Telemark!

The Norwegian Nature School organises classes out in the Nature with as purpose to teach how to understand and respect nature.  The students learn this with all kind of activities, with nature as their classroom.

Our Nature School has a pedagogical content that is approved by the Norwegian State.  The programm we offer is obligatory to all Norwegian students during their school period. 

The Norwegian Nature School is located in Vrådal, a beautiful village in Western Telemark.  It is overwhelmed by forests and mountains and the whole year round the excellent decor for the performence of our varied packets.   

During summer, both the lakes Vråvatn and Nisser are unique with its isles, and therefor the perfect play ground for water activities. While during winter, the snowcovered mountains are the ideal place for winter activities.  The area is known for its stable climate, no matter what season it is.
